On this episode, the boys had special guest Riley witt on the podcast! Riley is the founder of Bicarb Shop and a 1:45 800m runner and 3:59 miler! He was frustrated with how expensive bicarb was while he was in college and decided to go ahead and make it at home himself.
After realizing he could make a great product at an affordable price, he opened up shop. He didn’t stop there though - creating bicarb lotion and just recently announcing NRF2, a competitor to broccoli sprout company Nomio.
Riley broke down for us the importance of bicarb as a supplement, how it works, plus what other supplements in the running game are exciting him right now.
