On this episode, Chris and Ryan Carney broke down some fun running news from the past week! We started off chatting about our own training and racing. Ryan just ran a sub 4:30 mile on the road and a 1:12 half in hot conditions, we got the recap of both of those! I (Chris) just did my peak marathon long run and gave some thoughts on my fitness before Berlin.
We spent a lot of time recapping the Diamond League Final in Brussels, including Jakob’s crazy post-race interview, and also gave our thoughts on if Clayton Young can actually break the AR in the marathon.
