On this episode, Chris and Corbin did a weekend recap and previewed the upcoming London Diamond League where Josh Kerr plans to take on the mile world record! We started off the episode giving training updates and talking about the Life In Stride track night.

This past weekend had the Monaco Diamond League, which included a 1k world record and Graham Blanks nearly pulling off the win in the 5k! We also saw a near miss of the women's 3k world record. We also chatted Charles Hicks's chances to set the American record in the marathon in Chicago.

The London Diamond League is going to be epic. Can Josh Kerr break the mile world record of 3:43? We gave our thoughts on his chances and walked through the field. Enjoy!
