Tayler Peavey - It Doesn't Have to be Perfect to be Good
About this episode
Tayler Peavey ran her first trail race just a year and a half ago, and has since been consistently developing her strength and skills to compete as one of the best short trail athletes in the U.S. - just recently off a win at the Big Alta 28k and second at Gorge Waterfalls 30k.
Coming from a background in track and road before trying her hand on the trails, it's not been a smooth or perfect progression for Tayler. However, she's taken both the struggles and successes as opportunities to learn, grow, and develop her own way forward. This episode is full of great advice and perspective for other young athletes searching for their path.
