On this episode, I recapped a fun weekend of racing! I started off the episode doing a quick update on my own training and then we quickly dove into the Shanghai Diamond League.
There were some epic results on the distance side of things in China! The men’s 3k was the deepest 3k all time, with 14 runners under 7:30! Faith Kipyegon was back in action winning the 5k and we also saw a very fast women’s 1500 with some American success!
I also chatted about some highlights from NCAA Conference Meet weekend + Prefontaine Classic released some of their pro fields over the weekend so that was fun to preview a bit! Enjoy!
