On this episode, we had special guest Aaron Bienenfeld back on the podcast after his epic run at the Hamburg Marathon! Not only did he have an amazing debut for himself, running 2:08 in a competitive field, he also ran the fastest ever German debut marathon time! We got the full recap from race weekend and also talked training and fueling on this episode.
Aaron also talked about how competitive German marathoning is right now. After some amazing performances so far this Spring and last Fall by German athletes - Aaron is not going to get comfortable at all with his 2:08 time. For now though - his objective moves to trying to make the German team at the European outdoor championships in the 10k!
