On this episode, the boys had on special guest Kendall Fallas! Kendall just came off of an amazing performance at the BPN G1M Backyard Ultra - where he went 72 hours for a runner-up finish in brutal conditions. We recapped the entire race + his race prep in Costa Rica.
We also chatted a day in Kendall’s life in Costa Rica- he is very family-centered and when he isn’t training he is working at his family coffee company!
Kendall’s mental game is very strong which is a large reason why he is so good at these backyard events. We dug into that on this episode and he also talked about how he is making decisions now to become the person he wants to be in the years to come. Enjoy!
